effin fone upgradesthere was an actual news story on yahoo (probably next to stories about suffering in Lybia or Syria etc) about people who had signed up for a mobile phone deal and thought they could get an upgrade after 12 months only to find out they couldn't upgrade until 18 months! Some of them sounded completely vexed! God Help them.

Even 18 month contracts are almost impossible to find. All i see when i shop around is 24, even 36 month contracts. Who can go three years without breaking their phone??

I canI've had 3 blackberries in the last 10 years. They've all gone to the dead phone drawer without a mark on them too.
