The "People's Republic of Davis, California"
is a bike-friendly city. So much so that despite cyclists going the wrong way on the streets, talking on their phones whilst ignoring stop signs and red lights, they fail to get tickets.
I'm seriously pissed off, as the vast majority of motorists do obey the sodding law, and if they don't the rozzers jump on them from a great height.
