It might just be that I live in a street
with only on street parking, and every now and then I have to shunt the car backward or forwards a few feet to make a space for my motorbike.
I'd normally just half get in the car, start it and move using tickover. Don't need two feet in the car.
It's just more farting about. I'm being fussy.
