Whenever I copy a URLand right click in the address bar, I always click 'paste' before I notice the next option is 'Paste and go', and I have to hit return manually.
What a dreadful waste of my precious time.

select url then ctrl+c to copy, ctrl+L to go to addy bar, ctrl+v to paste, enter to go to site.
or try middle clicking the url to open in a new tab.
