Probably harassment....A friend of mine, commenting to the new girl in the office, actually said to her that she was fantastic and she'd be perfect if his bollocks were banging against her chin.
Scarily, that actually was his flirting.
Fortunately she laughed. And ran away.
He still works for our company and nowadays she's pretty much head of HR.... He's not progressed very far, funnily enough...
