I'm fine at flirting...when it's not face to face. Over the phone I'm great (turned an incredibly grumpy middle aged woman to giggling like a school girl in the first 42 seconds of a call before - a record that still stands in the call centre) but in person I turn into Hugh Grant's stuttering, stammering retarded brother.
