I went out with this girl for a week when I was 16back then the nearest I came to flirting was going in for a grope, being a stereotypical repressed teenager.. Anyway it was all incredibly awkward, and we agreed to go our separate ways. Then I found out afterwards that she'd fancied me for a while, d'oh!
About 14 years later we started going out again, and we're getting married this year! So I suppose my flirting technique wasn't so bad after all ;D
