meant pikeys, people who travel around all the time like in "Snatch" rather than Romanians?

(Gotta say, though, when I was in Brno there was a table of dark skinned people across the restaurant which the native who was taking us to dinner identified as gypsies, and they seemed nice enough. Certainly the younger of the women was hot.)
