Not the best choice of words...A friend once introduced me to a friend of hers who had struggled with anorexia for a long time. She was however getting better and apparently looked a lot healthier.
My friend, wishing to complement her may have chosen her words poorly...
"You look too fat to be someone with anorexia!"
