You're comparing the cream of the 60s/70swith a moderately popular 00s band.
Either change LedZep/Floyd to Manfred Mann or Killers to Radiohead and you've got a more reasonable comparison.

OKReplace the bands with "Dr. John" and "Captain Beefheart" and you have two artists no-one has heard of nowadays, but who still beat the hell out of just about anyone for sheer style.
