Bless My MumI will never forget the oft-repeated advice given to my brother and myself from our mother, concerning relations with the fairer sex:
"Remember!" she would say, looking at us sternly, "No means NO!"
which was all fine and dandy, except that she would invariably follow it up with
"and yes means NO!"
