Sounds awful - good luck with it, and to himalso, as it's the question, a little bit of advice I saw somewhere -
'Suicide - a permanent solution to a temporary problem.'
Probably a bit to peppy and cheerful to dispatch to a manic depressive, but there's some truth in there somewhere...
