If The Truth Were Known.
I suffered crippling shyness when trying to talk to women when I was a young'un.
Then an older mate of mine who was extremely successful with women explained the secret. Get used to rejection. Go to a pub, play the numbers game and get used to being blown out of the water. Every time you get turned down just think to yourself "she doesn't know what she's missing".
Try it. After about the 20th time you're shot down in flames it stops hurting. Then just carry on to the next girl who looks shaggable..
