Mentals get away with whatever they want.I had a primary school friend who had a mentally challenged brother - he used to block up the toilet all the fucking time and no-one ever said anything about it.
I do it once and I get smacked across the fucking head for "messing around" in the toilets (whatever that means...)
That Lars Von Trier film about people pretending to be mentals and doing silly things (The Idiots?) might be the inspiration i'm looking for.
