I have a friend...he does things like that, during the new charlie and chocolate factory with johnny depp, theres a scence where charlie says he'll sell the ticket, to which the grumpy grandad says "charlie, come here" and there is a second or so of silence, which my mate filled by slapping the back of his hand agains the other in a "i;m gonna beat you child" motion to which everyone in the rows around started chuckling!
