CapitalsIt "must"?
It must be written any way you like. House style is your own decision. Frexample, the Rupert Murdoch-owned broadsheet published on Sundays insists on calling itself The Sunday Times (cap T). I think it makes them look like self-important pricks so use a lower case t at all times.
