my family was moving to Germanyfrom Virginia (I was eight). Some obnoxious kids insisted that in Germany they don't have separate bathrooms for boys and girls, and what's more, the bathrooms just had a wall of toilets with no dividers between them.
I didn't believe them 100%, but on the other hand, I was sure glad when I found out definitively that it wasn't true.
Of course, then I discovered German toilet paper...
