The guy in the Army recruitment place...Said the good old Brit army would pay for any qualifications I wanted to do. This was a big plus point for a guy with no money and eager to do well in life.
Did they pay for my education? Did they hell, some money off was all I got. Did I get any time off to study? Ha, stacks of that on an operational tour.
