I meant, but failed to mention, that I do this in my mind only; I merely clench my left foot/clutch and right foot/accelerator toes, and mentally shift gear.
Another OCD trait of mine is to assume that I know everything and that everyone knows exactly what I'm thinking, doing and feeling. You mean you don't? Freak.
