Too true.Hold the window frame (anything metal) as you put your foot down getting out of the car. Works for me.

Cars with fabric seats + petrol = BANGIn the States, they have lock-on fuel pumps. There's a fair number of films on youtube where the driver puts on the nozzle, locks the flow, and gets back in, rubbing their polyester 56" hips on all that lovely acrylic upholstery.
