As I am the bloke across the desk from me who did exactly the same as me 6 months earlier.
Maybe I should have seen the writing on the wall when he split up with his wife, I told mine about it and she said "and what do you think about that?".

I am 38 and work in IT. Both my parents have passed away, and I am going to buy my ex out of the house, using my inheritance, plus an increased mortgage.
So, all you needed was for your parents to die, and you'd be sorted. :-/
