This is a question IT Support

Our IT support guy has been in the job since 1979, and never misses an opportunity to pick up a mouse and say "Hello computer" into it, Star Trek-style. Tell us your tales from the IT support cupboard, either from within or without.

Seems this may be a common problem.
Exactly this happened to me one a support call a while back - a long while back, actually, must be nearly 15 years ago.

Back then having a PC in an office was a relatively new innovation. I might have hoped that people would have become more familiar with computers by now, but evidently not.

I don't know why I'm surprised, mind. My wife still occasionally asks me numbingly daft things like "What do I press for 'Undo'?"
