Or...You could just get into the habit of hitting the Windows key + L just before you step away from your desk, and take the responsibility for your patients' privacy.

Windows + L implies Windows XP or newer.This is the NHS we're talking about. I'm frankly amazed they've moved beyond Windows for Workgroups.
