For a while I used an old but brilliant Mac laptop for lecturesand at worked at home on a PC.
Managed pretty well as long as I took precautions like saving documents as rich text.
Whole companies doing all that, though - hmm...

I can't sayI've had any problems with PowerPoint on the Mac, except that TIFF files don't seem to show up on the PC version.
