Our IT support guy has been in the job since 1979, and never misses an opportunity to pick up a mouse and say "Hello computer" into it, Star Trek-style. Tell us your tales from the IT support cupboard, either from within or without.

It really does depend...
..on your interest level.
I'm 52 and have no problem with my PC, Sky+ box, TV, hard-drive DVD recorder, 5.1 surround system, iPod, X-Box, digital SLR, cooker, or dozens of other things that "were made out of tin and string when I were a lad" and now need computer chips to make them run.
On the other hand, I've never owned a mobile phone and wouldn't even know how to turn one on.
And I'm quite happy with that.....
