This is a question IT Support

Our IT support guy has been in the job since 1979, and never misses an opportunity to pick up a mouse and say "Hello computer" into it, Star Trek-style. Tell us your tales from the IT support cupboard, either from within or without.

Along those lines, yeah...
The most common issue these days is companies still using Office 2003 (ribbon hatred, costs) and receiving 2007's .docx attachments.

This is exactly the request I've had myself. "Actually it's already a Word document, but I'll come and install the Office 2007 compatibility pack for you..."

There's a compatibility pack?!
I've been converting docx's for people in the office for about 6 months now!
