There is no force pushing upwards on the payload inside a rocket
The exhaust gases from the engine cause an opposite force which propels the rocket skyward.
So there is no way for the ink to compress towards the nose of the rocket. If anything, it would be drawn towards the rear of the rocket due to the acceleration.
