as soon as its overKick the harlot out. Yes she has 2 kids, but at the end of the day all three of them are now loafing off you. Its even worse she has her own place which she is renting out - meaning she has enough money coming in to rent a place for her and her brood. The longer you let it go on, the less incentive (and desire) they have to find their own place - shes milking your kindness and using you mate. And saving herself quite a bit of cash in the meantime. If you are in the fair camp, give her two weeks to GTFO then if she refuses, change the locks and call in the old bill.
