Not outright pain, butI can confirm a definite ache in the Blink baubles if jolly release has not been forthcoming but desire is present for some days. Sometimes a surreptitious stroke of the hornpipe is simply not possible or convenient for a few days, and also some of us have never, ever had an overload induced sleeping ejaculation.
I still get afflicted like this and I am in my 50s having sired two Blinklettes. Sometimes I look forward to the time when desire will be a thing of the past.
But as you quite rightly point out, sperm has little to do with ejaculate - so your argument about exploding blanks firers is scuppered by your own postulation I'm afraid....
