Years agoI worked in an office with basement car-parking. A new card entry system (ooo er) had been introduced, and was causing problems. So HR sent round a memo clarifying how to get in (and another).
The memo read
"To ensure an easy entry, you have to push it in as far as it will go and wiggle it around a little"
They had no idea of the hilarity that caused ...
