Yes, it did.I saw Siegfried at Covent Garden in 2006 and it was great fun. I recall holding in my giggles at the double entendres. There were a few in Gotterdamerung as well.
Nothing, however, beats 'Tosser' appearing on the surtitles which was the case when I saw ENO do the Coronation of Poppea last year.
