Re bashesFrom what I heard, Vipros is too busy playing and partying to sort something out in Exeter on the 26th of July, but even so, we could still come along, see him for a bit, watch his band and go and do our own thing. Or we could have a bash somewhere else in the West country and anyone who wants to see Vipros play could extend their journey.
As you know, I live on the continent so would prefer at least a month's notice so I can sort out a journey. On the plus side, if you've got a month's notice, you can get ultra-cheap UK train-tickets. Last year, I got a ticket from London to Glasgow for £15 (£18 for the return leg).
Another idea I had is for a roaming bash that takes place on a train. So for example, if we do the Exeter one, the London people will get on the train first and as we head west, we pick others up along the way.
PS. Anyone up for a Yorkshire bash?
