D. -f-ing. U.IMy best girl friend, had at one time professed her undying devotion to me (in a non-lesbian sort of way). We were thick as theives. She even offered to be my designated driver on my recent birthday. A real friend. As we were leaving our final bar, she turned to me with a "I don't feel comfortable driving, would you mind?". Of course I obliged (after what felt like 147 birthday drinks). 5 minutes later, I was arrested for DUI and - $5380 USD later - haven't spoken to her since.
