i can give myself really really bad hangoversby being afraid of how bad it's going to be. kind of feeds off itself in a vicious circle.
hasn't been too bad for a while, but i do have to mentally force myself to be calm and not let the black void of sickness open up inside.
does this stop me drinking? nope.
