Cotton woolI knew this guy (haven't seen him for ages now though) who has a terrible fear and hatred of cotton wool. Even brandishing a cotton bud at him from the other side of the room would prompt him to either
a) beat the crap out of you
or
b) charge as fast as he could out of the room
I never found out why exactly he was so afraid of cotton wool.
