Apples.Apples vary enormously.
There are the sweet bland things that are sort of apple-shaped, and picture perfect beloved by the supermarkets.
And then there are the rest, varying from ones that explode with juice, to ones that are as bitter as the taste left by the promises of a manifesto, to ones that are almost potatos.
