I don't really see the problem with themYes it is annoying when someone can't drive to your own super high standards, but is pulling into lane 3 then back again really that much of a burden to you? You should be seeing them several hundred yards ahead so that gives you more than enough time to make what ever move it is you need to make. If you are driving a car too under powered to speed up the 10Mph it takes to get past in a decent amount of time you shouldn't be on the motorway in the first place.
