Several people over the years have entertained me thusly.
Sometimes there's a twist though. I've known couples where one partner has changed their mind and bolted, quickly pairing up elsewhere and having a couple of kids in quick succession, while their ex - usually the more strident baby-hater - stays single and slips into cat wee-smelling middle age, all alone.
