Selfish gitsI like how it works here in Australia. Even in private car parks (supermarkets, malls etc.) the disabled parking bays are legally enforced and you can be fined a significant amount ($2000 I think). I think that's not enough, infringers should be hobbled a la James Caan in 'Misery' so they can qualify for a blue badge.
