Wrt parping hornsI'm living in Taiwan atm (for those of you less geographically inclined, think of a Westernised China), and I parp my horn when coming up behind people.
Why? It's because these bastards have no concept of other road users. To them, everything that happens behind them is someone elses' problem. Want to swing across two lanes without giving any warning? Who cares, it's not your responsibility to check that someone isn't about to overtake you, it's their responsibility to be psychic and know what you are going to do!
