In the states, those little Chihuahuas are filling up the animal sheltersSeemed really cute when Paris Hilton had one with a purse and little pink bow, but they can also be psychotic and yippy and thus not so cute. And I'm told that chihuahuas don't really speak with a Mexican accent.
