well...i finally realised it was over, when, after many months of dubious lies and odd behaviour, the boyfriend threw a spaz attack when i informed him of a rumour that a mutual friend had told me of. said boyfriend then spent several minutes in a one sided conversation with this friend, shouting and threatening him for telling me this, and for speaking to me at all.
this in itself is not why i made my decision. no, the icing of the cake was when i looked at his phone after he'd ended the conversation and thrown the device from him in a fit of temper...and it was off
