Worst interviewee I ever had.. was an Aussie bloke in his 40s. When I asked him why he'd come to England he replied "God told me to." He claimed on his CV to have experience which my questioning made obvious he did not have. My comment on the interview report was along the lines of "This bloke is completely insane. Do not employ him". The powers that be obviously liked him because they gave him the job. Tosser ended up being my boss, and the worst boss I have ever had.
