it's getting thereThe courtesy car only had a cracked bumper, so it was easy to continue to the garage to return it. So i got my car back, and they're supposed to be fixing the courtesy car then billing me for the excess.
The worst bit of the whole lot was actually getting the insurers to grasp the concept of the whole thing ;)
"no. not that car, this one?"
"whose car is that?"
"it's the one you gave me when I crashed mine"
