Couldn't agree more Mr Spencer
Most of this is stupidity, blind luck or human nature.
Im not entirely sure that ventilating your head in a bunker is much karmic balance for ethnicly cleansing a few million people.
Anyone that says good things come to those that wait can just go skip as well
