Dear world
The word 'lose' only has one 'o' in it. Losing has one 'o' and no 'e'. There are no excuses. You aren't all dyslexic.

I even saw it spelled incorrectly in some prick's pitch on Dragons' Den. Dragons' Den for fuck's sake. How they manage not to give that spelling faux pas as reason enough not to invest is anyone's guess.

KR,

Rilux.

Edit: edited for pedantry and being hoisted by my own petard. C- Must try harder.

Arse
Well, at least my apostrophies were correct.

Pffft.
Pedantry fail.

while we're here then...
"spelt" is expected in Australia and other such places.

"spelled" is expected in North America.

So yner etc... ;)

I sub-edit an ex-pat magazine
And want to throttle some of the writers. Loosers!

I spell 'loose' with two Os and an E...

and an additional 'r' in the case of 'Loose Women'.

Also, being as you seem to enjoy pedantry - the apostrophe is after the S in "Dragons'", as the den is jointly owned by multiple dragons.

The dragons, their den.

Dear voiceover guy on Dragon's Den

Please stop repeating the exact same words that the people have already said. When somebody says "We're looking for an investment of £150,000 for a 20% share of our company", we don't need you to come on and say "Joe Bloggs is looking for £150,000 investment for a 20% share of his company". We've just heard it.

Cheers

Oh yes
That guy annoys me. He just repeats everything we just heard - as if he somehow expected the speakers on our TVs to have failed recently, and we didn't hear it the first time.

It's 'hoist by your own petard'
Not 'hoisted'.
