Some Veggies do Cook Meat!Mrs V cooked me a rather magnificent Beef Wellington on Valentines Day. It was really spesh and (amazingly for a strict veggie herself) the seasoning was spot on and the beef was rare and melt in the mouth.
I must say the missus really excelled herself! I'm not a bad cook myself and do try to provide nice veggie dishes, however I am scratching my head in trying to think of something to match the magnificence of the Beef Wellington!!
