All the Domestos in the worldcan't make up for the cretins who piss over every available surface. Or the disgusting pricks who leave mounds of loo roll and turd in the bowl and just leg it instead of trying to clear it.
And it's not just public/pub loos either, some of the worst offenders I've ever come across have been "white collar" offices.
If you wouldn't do it to your own porcelain throne at home, why would you do it anywhere else?
