I blame...On my Software design course at BTEC in Brighton many, many years ago (SWED90, yay!!) we had all sorts as it was funded by the dole office and the only qualifying standard was a UB40 in your pocket. Early in the course we had to knock up our CV noting any relevant IT experience. One of our number (a former Estate Agent - BIG CLUE!!) wrote that he had been using the IBM personal computer since 1975. We took the piss out of him for such an obvious blunder but he was adamant that he was not lying. Some of you will no doubt pull on your pipes and tell me he may well have worked on the embryonic PC but he was also FUCKING USELESS at everything he tried so I'm prepared to believe he was a dirty little liar!!
