I wish this had happened for me :(I had a pair of trousers that fell apart after one use (of sitting down in a chair for 6 hours). They told me it was accidental damage on my part and nothing at all to do with the shoddy quality of them. :( Went right through the levels up to head office and they just wouldn't do anything. Not shopping in there anymore.
